ITS ABOUT TIME

I have always known that Chicago was bleeding people dry where ever they could, I am glad the shows are finding some place else to do business, Chicago has become parthetic, every time they need another penny they go right back to the same well they left yesterday. The city need money tax the home owners, got a car tax the license, got a habit tax the habit, need to park, hike the meters, ride the El tax the riders, same people same paycheck, tax tax tax, county need money tax the home owners, buy anything tax some more, state need money tax some more, how many times can you tax the same people? Stop mishandling the money and use it wisely. Remember all the budgets that you spend down even thou you didn't need too? The food you threw away because you didn't want no one to have it? The waste that could have been used more wisely? You all are making a mockery out of governing, Shame on you. The city inspectors come out to the home and right all kind of untruthes and causes all kinds of hardships, and when you ask why they hump up in their shoulder like a child, but they have attached all kinds of ways to cost the home owner money,
