Why Do Politicians Lye?

Every year we hear the politicians say that we have no money to balance the budget, but before they can finish with the budget they have added themselves a raise. Well Mr Politician how is it we have not enough to balance the budget but you can find raises in that we do have. Tax payers' dollars are suppose to used wisely and the politicians are suppose to remember the people they represent and not always looking out for number one. When you are wheeling and dealing with your expense budget remember you are wheeling and dealing on the tax payers' dollares that you have already said that there were not enough. Be just in your dealings.
