A THOUGHT TO PONDER

Dear Readers:
Since our world have gotten so screwed up I think that in stead of the government making a revolving door out of the jail for the young people, those of them that donn't have a critital record, needs to be educated, and a way to do that is when they are brought up in court give them a choice of going to school and getting a GED and learn a job skill there in the jail, example auto mechanics, bookkeeping, accounting, salesmenship, etc before they are to see the light of day again on the streets. And those who don't, lock them up and throw the key away. If after they have learned a skill and they still don't do any better then let what ever happens let it happen, but give them a fair chance since they did not get the message before and thought school was place to play and had no guidance to teach them better. Oh yes see that they don't have a record so they will have a real chance  Transcribed, edited and filed briefs, motions and correspondence.
 Prepared and issued subpoenas for trials and depositions.
 Prepared interrogatories, Rule 214, 237, request for production, trial subpoenas and deposition notices.
 Entered Attorneys’ billable hours.
 Composed correspondence to clients, opposing counsel and vendors.
 Scheduled depositions for plaintiffs, defendants, doctors, experts and witnesses.
 Maintained attorneys’ docket for scheduled motion and trial call.
Prepared trial file folder.
to make sure that they have a real chance.
