Dear Readers I keep hearing it being said the police needs to be retrained, but I find it's not retraining necessarily, from where I sit employers checks social mdia on every one else, I think they need to check out their intended officrs, so they can stop getting so many KKK, WHITE SUPREMACY, MILITIA, and ALT-RIGHT REPRESENTATIVES on the force who just can't wait for their first encounter with the enemyTHOSE PEOPLE, who "I fear for life". They don't need to be officers. Do a little screening. That person don't need a job that is going to put him in neighborhood among all THOSE PEOPLE that he clearly fear. Do that make sense. Another thing why do so many blacks end up on the ground when stopped by caucasian cops
