WINDFALL

Dear Readers: There is nothing more pitiful than a government who makes a windfall on the backs of people who already are barely living and they find ways to make a windfall on them. And then brag about it. Where is the heart of the people? The more I see the state of our world the more I my heart bleed because I find the mighty dollar is the end game in every situation, and it makes no differences how we get it. Secretary of State of Illinois don't send out notices, then charge the patrons because they forget to pay the bill. How is that right? Profiting on someone else misery.
