Observations

Dear Readers: In my observations of Yesterday's News I noticed that some of Illinois Representatives was commenting of the Comptroller's thinking it was a good idea to pay the representatives the same way everybody is being pay and he didn't like it so much, well why didn't he think about that when they are holding up the pay of other workers around the state of Illinois who is not being paid. What good for them aught to be good for him.
