Better to Give Than To Receive

The Bible says it is better to give than to receive, nobody is looking for a hand out but as the sick and the poor need you are expected legitimately so, to assist them with their needs and not have to suffer loss because it is more important for our Congress to support their friends than to take care of the needs of the less fortunate. The Bible says and you should know because after all, you are the Right Wing, where much is given much is required. But you all got it all mixed up, and as leaders, you are missing the mark by a mile.
