Remember When

Dear Readers:
To the powers that be, we live in a different world today than thirty, forty or even fifty years ago, and I know you did some stupid pranks that was not so productive when you came up.  Now we live in the no tolerance world and think that, that is the be all answer to every problem, give them the maximum punishment, but this is suppose to be a teachable moment not the punishment of a lifetime.  You have got to remember no matter what's the crime children are still children, that is the reason why they are sent to school until they get 17, 18 years to be able to mature to be able to do the things of adults.  No matter how you punish a child you are not going to make adults out of them until their brains catch up with their age of maturity.  You need to rethink your  method of destroying children before they even get started, under of guise of teaching them a lesson. Children have to be trained!!!!!!!!!
