LISTEN UP

Dear Readers:
I am a black blogger and sometimes I feel I need to let you know where I am coming from, for information purpose only. I have been following the GOP and their spin on things to try to figure out where they are coming from. I notice that we as people in America we seem to speak two different languages even on the same subject. I listen the GOP and one on my pet peeves is when they are referring to the less fortunate, they call us the entitlement group, well from where I sit they are some of the biggest entitlement groups in the nation, they live on the money that come from the blood, sweat and tears of the poor, the reason I say that we pay the highest taxes on every thing, in our neighborhood,we pay the highest food prices, gas prices, insurance prices, repairs prices and the list goes on. When they get in office they are insured at tax payer expense, their family, make sure all their friends get all the tax breakes, then they want to raise our taxes. Who do you think are the biggest entitlement groups? Check out their perks, then see if you think thay should be in that job for life, while they squeeze the life of the poor to keep their padded position. Do you have any poor relatives that you don't want to see all of their benefits dwendled away from them by greedy politicans? I am old so it doesn't mean that much to me and my imediate family I brought them up to be independant and to think and fend themselves but there are so many who aren't.
