America is a country that has to wait until after the fact before they react, you have taken all the parents rights to raise their children any child can get on the phone and tell a lie and call the police, and they will be there to check it out. Now situation has gotten so bad until time they try to get anything under control they have to push it to the limit of the law. Who ever thought that you would be threating children with life time sentences for using the cell phone, not only are the children out of control the law is too. You can not make adults out of children I don't care many adults laws you lmake for them and mess up their lives. Making a bad situation worse.
