We have families who move from apartment to apartment have no respect for the landlord or themselves, it seems that they prey on the poorest of the landlords, the old, the ones who have problems with their finances, as if though they check out the these people before they apply for the apartment to see if there is some type of flaw that they can capitalize on for their good. Move in with the security deposit and first month rent and pay maybe the second month and never pay another dime. Landlords, you had better check the eviction records before you accept your next renter. This is not the way to raise children, moving from house to house. We need to be more responsible. Children needs to be stable. Bad influrence.
