It's very important that you know that you can not live in this world rent free. Once a man or woman reach majority age they should have gotten their life together enough to be responsible for themselves. You move into Appartments with your security deposit and rent for the first month and that is all you intend to pay for the rest of your stay and you know that is not the right thing to do. Not only that but you are teaching your children to be dead beats also. They will grow up thinking it is okay to scam the landlord. Too many of you are moving into places with the soul intent of living rent free and beside all of the other reason I have given, you are putting a curse on yourself for what you dish out to others will come right back home to you. If you use people unjustly somebody is going to use you.
