Lawndale we have embarked upon a large project for this community and we can get it done with your help, on Saturday May 26, 2007 we are having a fund raiser at the corner of Central Park and 16th street, we are planning to have a little home grown talent, dancing, singing and whatever your talent might be. Come on out bring your quarters, dollars, checkbooks and your friends and help us to get the job done. We want to see a new center for the family right here in Lawndale. A center for the family come this time next year. If we work together we can do it but one thing for sure I can't do it by myself. The price tag for the center is $12,000,000.00, talk it up we can do it.
