I personally get much offended at our politicians who always quoting statics about the financial state of the nation and trying to place blame on someone. we live in a world where we first of all shipped a large portion of the jobs overseas, where they could profit never considering the workers who made them what they were in the first place, get cheap labor making their products and then bring them back to America and expect the same people who they just put out of work, left with no pay check to buy the goods that you just had someone else make. (you take food out of my mouth then complain because I am on welfare, now you want to shut down welfare). Then go to Congress for life, and get on an automatic raise salary for life, and complain about those entitled people, and the expense of a burden it will put on their grand children. The same people says me,my house and no more. While you take it all in like a gluttoning pig. Who campaign on the pretense of being born again Christians, can't find Christ like traits nowhere, Jesus did say the poor you will have with you always, but our politcians act like being poor is a dirty word. And as much as superman think he can solve our financial problems, without all working together nothing will be done. It would behove all of us to remember we are in this boat together and unless we roar together none of us are going nowhere, and if this boat spring a leak we will sink, no matter whose life raft is better. This is a world situation and we gotta communicate. Our out come also depends on the other part of the world. The stock market affects everybody on both sides of the ocean.

I saw what Matt Damon supposedly said about the President in his great slam of the President and I was talking to my daughter about it and explaining how the slam was good but the substance should have been aimed at the GOP, because no matter what the Pesident put on the table, he is not an island of itself, he has 335 other people that take a majority to pass anything he wamts. And he has been fought every step of the way. Congress has the last say so, and they hold office too long and they only looks out for their own welfare not the benefit of the country, only the faithful few who can reward them for favors that they can get at the expense of the less fortunate, for instance refusing to pass a bill to ask for the rich to pay more taxes to benefit the nation, they would rather let the nation sink, than do what is rght. My daughter response was it sound like the devil to me when I said Matt said all the right things but his asssment was in the wrong place it should be pointed at the GOP, she replied that is the way satan work, satan and satan never argue, but christians are always told a house devided against itself cannot stand. we can't win because we work against each other and those who work against us work together.

I use to wonder why when politicians talked they always wanted to remind the rest of the world that Church and State was seperated. That is to keep their religion and their politics seperated. 2. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates the same as all other American people. The Social Security fund may not be used for any other purpose.

3. Congress must purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.

4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.

6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.

7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/12. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen. Congressmen made all these contracts with and for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so congressmen should serve their terms (no more than 2), then go home and find a job. A former congressman cannot be a lobbyist.

If each person contacts a minimum of twenty people then it will only take three days for most people in the U.S. to receive this message. It is time for this Amendment.

I have been watching the story of the woman who had the husband who killed himself and she says he was a wife beater, but then there is the other wife (former) who says no he wasn't as bad as she meaning the present wife says he was. Well I have a problem that she never said he wasn't bad but that he just wasn't as bad protrayed. Well let me tell you having been in a bad relationship my self I know for a fact if you are on the outside and I am on the inside you can't summerize how bad it is for me. If a man hits a woman once you can rest assured he is capable of hitting again. And it don't get better it gets increasely worse. Once hit you never forget it and you start expecting it. And I watch my husband and I could tell when he was getting to that spot, so one day I stood up for myself and told him he had to go. I had the two children and I was not going to let him stay around to beat me to pulp. Funny the ex claims he wasn't that bad but she got out of the marriage and I am sure there was a reason that even she parted ways with him. When men or women are abusive there is not a place in their fight that they figure I have gone far enough and I better stop here. In a lot of cases this abuse in the death of the other spouse. Unless you have walked in another ones shoes you can't exactly say how well they fit.

I have a few questions hear, why is it that every time the utility, or food markets come up short or need to do something its okay to hit the pockets of the buyers. There is many time that we as comsumers come up short and we have no one to tax to get the extra money that we need to get the job done. It seems that the powers that *be* has no sense of fairness when it comes to who is taxed in this nation, the less fortunate is always the one thrown under the bus, how you think by any stretch of the imagination that is fair to raise taxes every time there is a short fall in any budget, when there is only a raise on the jobs every three or four years? That is if by chance you even have a job. You talk a brave talk when you are getting in office but when you get there you do just the opposite.
What we really need to consider for revamping is the roll of the politican, we need to check them in and out cut their salaries back to beginners and let them serve a few years and get somebody new, thereby keeping the salaries at minimum and that would save millions in salaries alone.

I have lived long enough to realize that what use to work during my parents and grandparents era does not work anymore. There was a time when people use to do a hand shake and it was as good as a contract, a man's word was his bond, but now a days even with contracts it's hard to trust the businessman. I am a hard working woman tries to pay my bills any way I can but when I couldn't because of some bad business choices, guided by unscrupulous brokers, and contract buying mortgage owners, and deceiving workers of that company it makes for a bad combination. I have never in my life dealt with a company as unscrupulous as my mortgage company is.
They pretend to want to help me but they keep asking for information, I send it and they either don't get enough or I don't answer fast enough, they loose some of it or it is not quite what they need. They close files without notice, pretend they don't have what they need and it's my fault. It's very fustrating and I get the impression that it is by design, this is exactly what they are aiming for (my frustration). They can be bailed out but damn the poor, pull our selves up by our boot scrap, in the meanwhile they are pretending to help us keep our homes, by frustrating us until we quite asking.
Be Blessed America, this is what we gotta deal with now a days. Young people buy cash, credit will enslave you for life. Forget those credit cards or pay them off every month. Check the interest rates, you will find you are paying three times as much for an item on credit than you would pay for cash.

Election time is upon us and all of a certain everybody is worrying about the bankruptcy of the country, do you think it,s funny that this concern has only happen now. My same sentiments I've expressed before now is we can save this country if we set time limits on our politicans eight year the most and let them move on they won't have time to rob the counntry blind and need so many taxes, they need to cut taxes back to income tax and and state taxes, job incentives and stop trying to find new ones to add. I thought that the city inspectors were here to see that the property was in a safe condition so that dwellers would be safe but I find that is not always true. I had an interesting conversation with one of the city inspectors not long ago and what he said to me was not about the safety of the tenants but he was more interested in what I was charging my tenants and how I collected my money. Legally I had broken no laws when I received this particular situration, but the city enact new laws every day and I guess you are suppose to bring a one hundred year old building up to the same code that the building that was built yesterday. So you can be in compliance.
Casing point I had a porch built over 12 years ago and I know that new regulations has been enacted since and he wants me now to tear down my porch and rebuild it to bring it into compliance with todays standards. Pull a permit, what in the world I need with a permit when I am not the builder. The contractor is out business and he had licenss to do business in the city of Chicago, when he built my porch. Many inspector has seen this porch and now all of a sudden its unfit. What do you do with city hall.

We as citizens have no say so, the politicans are taxing us to death. It is rediculous the way we are bearing the burden of everybody that has a budget. We meed to change politcians every second term and we would have some money in the budget to do the work of the government. We want have all these automatic raises and hiring people on money that we do not have and still not get any better services. These salaries of the politicans need to be rolled back to a reasonable amount that makes sense. And start making their terms limited.
Start at the mayor, governor, police, aldermen and everybody else that is suppose to be elected public servants. Let them serve and not fill their coffers. These jobs are too lucative and draws the the wrong people too often.

I tried to pay off a bill a few days ago and was suppose to have a zero balance but my company sent a zero balance one day and the very next day I got a $l.00 balance a partical interest note they said. I asked if they could take that off because the card was already paid off (CARD ALREADY CANCELLED AS THEIR DISCREPANCY NOT BEHIND NOT LATE BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CANCEL IT)and she said no because that was a ligitment charge. I asked to speak to the supervisor, she came back as the supervisor and supposely reverse the charge. You can't win this these gigantic companies, they can railroad people in the ground and there in not much you can do about it. They are symstematically driving the less fortunate finanically under. I went for a job today, I wrote down of the application, that I had been a stay at home mom for the past 29 years. In the eyes of the employer, that was nothing. I no longer was employerable. Well in defence of the stay-at-home-mom, I would have you all out there who are looking for some one to work you are making a big mistake not hiring the stay at home mom especially the one who have raised two US Soldiers, one counselor, 3rd year college student, high school senior and a freshmen in high school. I have owned 4 four properties, ran a house, widowed twice, balanced the check book, student counselor representative, baptist training union/teacher, vacation bible class teacher, attendented the soft ball games of the children, evicted the tenants, kept the records of the ones who did not pay, (many) attending and defending code violations with the city, kept the names, addresses and rent schedules, payment amount, due dates, IRS records and taught my grandson his ABC'S that should accounta for something. I have heard it said any bank member who have run their financial institution into disaster should resign, and let some one else work the jop especially if the tax payers has to bail them out. It is also said that our politicans should hold off on their automatic raises, but you know what I have not heard any reply from any of those suggestions, but they still call for a tax raise every time a budget issue come up.
